Job summary

RAS Logistics LLC in Indiana seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage servers, networks, and cloud platforms, ensuring security, reliability, and uptime while supporting warehouse and ERP systems.

You will administer Microsoft 365/Azure Entra ID, backups, DR, and vendor relationships, with 5–10 years of experience, collaborating across operations to keep critical systems available.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in systems and/or network administration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience administering Windows Server.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365/Azure Entra ID (Exchange, SharePoint).
• Strong DNS/DHCP/Networking and VPN skills.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and security tooling.
• Experience supporting WMS and ERP platforms.
• SQL database administration and reporting; scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain servers, networks, storage, and assets.
• Manage LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services.
• Administer Microsoft 365/Azure Entra ID, Exchange and SharePoint.
• Support and integrate WMS and ERP systems with operations and vendors.
• Perform patching, monitoring, and capacity management.
• Design and test backups, DR, and business continuity plans.
• Ensure endpoint security and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts and SLAs.
• Document architecture, diagrams, and procedures.
