Job summary

IntelliPro invites applications for an IT Support Engineer (Warehouse) in Indiana onsite, under a 12‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, supporting day-to-day operations, devices, systems, and network connectivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, experience with hardware troubleshooting, AD and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity).
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user support requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across devices.
• Support warehouse equipment including scanners, Zebra printers, and labeling systems.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain and update tickets in the system; escalate as needed.
• Provide onsite, hands-on support to minimize disruption.
• Follow IT processes and contribute to documentation.
