Job summary

Hope Center Ministries in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for staff at the Central Support Office. You will assist the Chief Technology Officer and help ensure reliable systems and access across the organization.

Responsibilities include provisioning and deprovisioning accounts and equipment, deploying and maintaining computers, and managing IT assets. Excellent communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and Windows devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, and productivity apps.
• Perform password resets, account creation, and access changes.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning accounts and equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computers and tech equipment.
• Maintain IT asset and inventory records with lifecycle status.
• Respond to support requests and document resolutions; escalate complex issues.
• Assist with deployment, updates, system configuration, and IT standards.
• Provide direct support to the CTO on projects and documentation.
• Assist with special projects and other IT/administrative duties as assigned.
