Job summary

CFS Brands in Oklahoma City is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide Windows-based support for employees and act as the primary backup to IT Operations. The role is on-site at our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, with up to 20% travel across locations.

The successful candidate will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, manage asset inventory, and ensure SLA adherence while following safety guidelines and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of IT experience supporting Microsoft-based OS
• Experience with AD/AD DS and cloud AD
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Basic PC network concepts: Ethernet, TCP/IP, remote access
• Knowledge of Group Policy deployments
• Good written and verbal communication with users

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware standards and asset management in office
• Handle installation/removal/modifications of hardware
• Troubleshoot and repair end-user devices
• Review and improve quality control processes
• Maintain change management and inventory records
• Provide on-call incident support
• Follow safety guidelines and corporate policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
