Job summary

OKC Convention Center is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain client computers, cables, inventory, and phones under general supervision. You will perform daily hardware/software maintenance for Legends Global technology functions and provide hands-on support to users.

Responsibilities include assisting with equipment inventory, supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 365 user creation and licensing, network cabling, and installing computers and phones for users.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree from an accredited college or university and two years related experience and/or training or equivalent professional work experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory of all equipment
• Provide Help Desk Support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and various programs
• Provide assistance with Office 365 user creation and license assigning
• Patching and terminating Cat 6
• Install computers and phones as needed for users
• Running and connecting network cables to vendors/exhibitors' booths
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
• Other duties as assigned
