Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician in Oklahoma City to support end users with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and hardware setup. The role requires strong organizational and customer service skills and may involve network cabling and equipment installation for events.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree and related experience preferred; CompTIA A+ is a plus. This on-site position may require extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree and 2 years related experience preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory of all equipment.
• Provide Help Desk support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and various programs.
• Assist with Office 365 user creation and license assignment.
• Patch and terminate Cat 6 cabling.
• Install computers and phones for users.
• Run network cables to vendors' and exhibitors' booths.
• Work extended and irregular hours including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
