Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or related field or two years of technical college preferred
• Two years experience performing computer repair work and some experience training others preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Tulsa Area Command staff
• Maintain knowledge of all hardware/software supported by IT
• Answer questions, resolve complaints, and address service requests
• Repair equipment and change software configurations
• Install new hardware and peripherals and provide training to users
• Train users one-on-one and in classrooms
• Ensure timely and courteous service
