Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to the team, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Assist employees with technology-related problems and questions.
Monitor and maintain the uptime and performance of IT systems.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT services and support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
