Qualifications

Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional support and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
