Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking an IT Support I in Fort Worth, TX to support hardware, software, and end-user services. You will work within the IT team to improve infrastructure, resolve incidents, and document procedures for the knowledge base.

The role requires 2+ years in IT, knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, AD, and basic networking. Travel out of state may be required, with a focus on dependable, clear communication and independent work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field or IT certifications.
• 2+ years in an IT role with strong customer service focus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and on-premises apps (Office 365, Azure, Exchange Online, AD, SharePoint).
• Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
• Basic security concepts (phishing, CIA triad, firewalls).
• Ability to juggle tasks and shift priorities, with independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain tech to non-tech colleagues.
• Willingness to travel out of state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, software, printers, and copiers.
• Respond to support requests via ticket, email, phone, or walk-up; document all Incidents.
• Configure and install desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in a logical manner.
• Elevate issues to appropriate groups as needed.
• Maintain organization of IT hardware and software assets.
• Create documentation and training for end-users; develop KBAs for IT staff.
