Talantir is seeking an IT Support Representative to oversee day-to-day hardware, software, and network issues. You will troubleshoot user problems, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and ensure secure, efficient IT operations across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and technical troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and VPNs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues as needed.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of IT support experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and in-person support to end users.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and system access.
• Provide basic user training and guidance on company systems and tools.
