Job summary

Talantir seeks an IT Support Technician I in Alpharetta, GA to deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support for executives and end users. This hybrid role covers hardware lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and collaboration with the IT Support team to improve workflows.

The position is contract-to-permanent, with office presence Tue–Thu and remote work Mon and Fri. 1–3 years in IT support and familiarity with Windows/macOS, M365, and device management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk (1–3 years)
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office)
• Endpoint hardware concepts (laptops, docks, monitors, mobile devices)
• Understanding of networking basics (Wi‑Fi, VPN) and ticketing systems

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove on-site support for executives at Alpharetta office
• Lead executive support with urgency and discretion
• Assist with AV, displays, and conferencing for meetings
• Deliver Level 1 support for workstations and devices
• Manage device lifecycle: ordering, staging, imaging, deployment, inventory
• Coordinate secure return, wiping and disposal of retired hardware
• Support onboarding/offboarding and IT processes
• Maintain knowledge base and assist with after-hours events
