Job summary

Talantir is seeking a proactive IT Hardware and Network Support Engineer to sustain the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while supporting network devices like switches, routers, and access points.

You’ll also handle helpdesk tickets and maintain documentation to ensure uptime. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in IT hardware and/or network support, solid TCP/IP knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in IT hardware and/or network support.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, peripherals, and basic server support.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, and wireless networking.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling standards.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hardware support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Network support: Install and maintain network equipment; troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and cabling issues.
• General IT support: Respond to helpdesk tickets and document changes and incidents.
