Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician for a remote, USA-only role. You will provide phone and email support to business customers, troubleshoot IT and AV issues, and resolve network problems while following established guidelines. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

The role requires a college degree and US work authorization. You will work Friday through Monday for 40 hours per week, in your own time zone, with a lunch break, from a home office.

Qualifications

• US Citizen or Green Card required.
• College degree required.
• Experience in IT/Networking troubleshooting.
• Ability to support customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk calls and tickets, including outbound outreach.
• Investigate basic network-related issues affecting service delivery.
• Follow troubleshooting guidelines to diagnose and resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain calm, friendly, and professional interaction with customers.
• Make accurate entries in company databases and verify data for completeness.
• Work 40 hours/week Friday–Monday in own time zone, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM with lunch break.
