Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist for a remote hourly contract. Work on project-based engagements with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week over approximately 3–4 weeks.

You will design prompts, translate IT support scenarios, and evaluate AI-generated responses within professional, scientific, and technical service contexts. The role requires strong end-user support, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent written communication, with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions based on real computer user support workflows.
• Translate common IT support scenarios into structured prompts for AI evaluation.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to troubleshooting, user assistance, and system support.
• Provide written feedback on accuracy, clarity, and alignment with real-world support practices.
• Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in professional, scientific, and technical service environments.
• Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.
