Talantir is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to deliver advanced end-user support for PCs, mobiles, software, multimedia, and CAD platforms. You will troubleshoot complex issues, administer end-user systems, and mentor junior staff while maintaining service excellence.

You will lead upgrades, asset management, and automation efforts using PowerShell, ensuring timely ticket resolution and knowledge sharing across IT teams. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Competenze

• Associate degree in a computer-related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a computer or network technician, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of: PC repair & configuration; Microsoft Windows OS; Microsoft Office; Software deployment tools (SCCM or similar).
• Intermediate knowledge of: TCP/IP networking concepts; Windows networking & security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Mansioni

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues involving workstation hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for networked hardware and software across multiple platforms.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure timely resolution of service tickets per SLAs.
• Support hardware/software upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
• Manage corporate mobile devices, provisioning, upgrades, and service plans.
• Maintain software management systems including deployment/patch tools (SCCM).
• Maintain and troubleshoot CAD software packages.
• Support multimedia systems including projectors, displays, conferencing systems, and whiteboards.
• Provide on-site and remote support for conference rooms and executive presentations.
• Develop automated solutions using scripting tools like PowerShell.
• Identify process improvements and analyze support data trends for proactive solutions.
• Develop and deliver end-user training materials; mentor junior technicans.
