Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join ITS. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems, assisting users across multiple locations and remote users.

The role requires AD, networking knowledge and strong customer service skills, with a focus on rapid issue resolution and clear communication. This contract position is remote-friendly with potential for extension beyond 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems.

• Diagnose and resolve PC and basic software issues with diagnostic tools.
• Assist in network/system upgrades and deployments and related configurations.
