Job summary

Talantir in Pittsburgh is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to handle daily technology operations, user assistance, and hands-on technical tasks.

You will manage Windows environments, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure, and network connectivity, while maintaining hardware, imaging, backups, and asset tracking.

This on-site role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment with occasional on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic Azure administration.
• Working knowledge of Ethernet and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Microsoft environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, IP phones, and related hardware.
• Support operating systems, business applications, and user profile setup.
• Provide troubleshooting for network connectivity and endpoint devices.
• Support conference room technology and collaboration systems.
• Manage system imaging and workstation deployments.
• Maintain backup and recovery systems for PCs and servers.
• Track IT assets and coordinate equipment warranties.
• Respond to service requests through a help desk platform and provide in-person support as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and continued technical growth.
