Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 1 year IT experience; or bachelor's degree with 1 year IT experience; or related degree with relevant experience.
• Journey level requires an additional 1 year of experience; advanced level requires an additional 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for staff, including hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems; manage IT upgrades and migrations.
