Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year tech experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and peripherals.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and imaging/deployment processes.
• Experience with academic/administrative tech in higher education is a plus.
