Job summary

Office IT Solutions is seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician to be the primary in-person IT contact at a dedicated client site in the DC metro area. The role balances on-site presence with support for other OITS clients, including macOS-focused troubleshooting, Mac lifecycle management, and Microsoft 365 on Mac.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT helpdesk or desktop support experience.
• Strong macOS support skills; comfortable with Windows in a mixed environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps on macOS (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 admin consoles.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site IT contact at a dedicated client site.
• Provide on-site and remote support for additional OITS clients.
• Troubleshoot macOS issues and manage Mac hardware lifecycle; handle updates and configurations.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps on macOS and Windows 11 across client environments.
• Troubleshoot local network issues and support conferencing hardware.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation; maintain ticket records and assets.
