• Experience in desktop support or deskside IT support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting across devices and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop and end-user IT support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems in a mixed-device environment.
• Support iOS and Android devices and AV technologies.
• Deliver high-touch support to executives and VIP users with professionalism and discretion.
• Document incidents and resolutions in an IT ticketing system.
• Assist with hardware deployments and technology refresh initiatives.
• Lead or assist with small IT projects and communicate status to stakeholders.
