Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Kent, WA is seeking an IT Support Associate II to help the operations team resolve technical problems across Amazon facilities in a defined regional area, spanning multiple disciplines and impacting daily customer service.

You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, assist in training new hires, and travel locally to support customers in multiple buildings and remote sites, while pursuing growth through career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
