Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across a defined geographic area, handling technical issues and equipment management to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.

You will troubleshoot IT problems, assist in training new hires, and continuously learn emerging technologies while supporting customers across multiple buildings and remote sites. The role includes lifting up to 49 lbs and travel within the local region.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Strong customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Travel within your local or regional area to support our customers.
