Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team across Amazon facilities in a defined geographic area, resolving technical problems and contributing to reliable IT infrastructure.

You will provide OS support (Windows, Mac, Linux), collaborate with operations teams, and participate in career development opportunities. Amazon offers Day 1 healthcare, 401(k) matching, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware, AWS, or other relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems in Amazon operations facilities.
Provide high-quality customer service in a dynamic environment.
Support Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems for 1+ years or equivalent experience.
Maintain physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
Develop and maintain IT certifications relevant to the role.
