Job summary

Amazon Operations Technology Solutions seeks an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team, resolving technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined region. You will support IT infrastructure, handle cross-disciplinary issues, and contribute to deploying new technologies to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform shifts up to 12 hours.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
