Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC, via OpsTech IT, seeks an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across multiple facilities in a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot integrated systems, handle network requests, and help train new hires while continuously learning new technologies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote sites.
• Move up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Travel within local or regional area to support customers.
