Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support operations facilities across a defined geographic area, troubleshooting IT equipment and providing reliable IT services in multiple buildings. You will support the operations team, resolve technical problems, and contribute to ongoing improvements.

The role requires 1+ years of OS support (Windows/Mac/Linux), strong customer service, physical stamina to lift up to 49 pounds, and the ability to travel regionally to assist

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
Assisting in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
