Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand/walk 10-12 hours.
