Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team within an Amazon Operations facility in Illinois. The role covers a range of IT disciplines and focuses on resolving technical problems quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
Assist in training new hires.
Continuous learning of new technologies.
Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
