Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team in resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. The role emphasizes ownership, training, and continuous learning while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Starting compensation includes Day 1 healthcare benefits, a 401(k) match, and up to 20 weeks of parental leave.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners and portable handheld terminals.
• Experience working with computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continual learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and from remote locations.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift with/without accommodation.
