Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux OS support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuously learn new technologies and processes.
• Support customers across multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel locally or regionally to support customers.
