Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team with resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines in an Amazon Operations facility. The role emphasizes improving IT support delivery and opportunities for career progression.

You will resolve issues with IT equipment, help train new hires, and continuously learn new technologies while supporting customers in various locations, including remote facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires and continuous learning of new technologies.
• Support customers from multiple buildings and remote locations.
