Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to provide hands-on technical support for corporate, supply chain, field and distribution environments.

The role involves in-person support with after-hours on-call and requires onsite presence in Edgewater Park, NJ, Monday through Friday, under supervision. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience plus 3–5 years in IT, with proficiency in Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android, networking, Azure/Intune, MDM,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• A+ Certification or equivalent PC support certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in IT/support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/Intune) and MDM.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and reporting; Zebra printers support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for corporate, supply chain, field and distribution environments.
• Maintain incident diary with steps taken to resolve issues.
• Collaborate on large software/hardware deployments and migrations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team; follow up promptly.
• Local travel to various locations as required.
• Today’s tasks completed with supervision from management.
