Responsibilities

• Address tasks promptly with focus on customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely responses, clear communication, and follow-up.
• Maintain a detailed incident diary documenting steps to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the team on large-scale software or hardware deployments and migrations.
• Report progress to supervisor and manager.
• Local travel to various locations will be required.
