Qualifications

• Must be flexible with on-duty hours, including evenings and/or weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal skills are imperative.
• Foundation in IT concepts and basic tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with End Users via phone, email, and onsite visits to resolve issues in Windows and Mac OS X environments.
• Upgrade, optimize, and troubleshoot business applications for clients.
• Configure user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, plus various apps.
• Create and update internal and client-facing documentation.
