Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, user profiles, networking, tablets, phones and printers.
• Deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Provide excellent customer service with effective prioritization.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and accessories; assist with on-call rotation.
• Assist with Windows 11 Pro and Office 365 provisioning and de-provisioning.
