Job summary

Ollie is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary contact for end-user issues across Corporate and Distribution Center locations. Responsibilities include hardware setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and running training sessions to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, 3+ years of on-site IT experience, and the ability to work evenings or weekends when needed. Expect base hourly pay within a defined range and opportunities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in on-site IT support and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows workstations in a large domain and with security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person problem resolution for hardware/software in Support Center and DC.
• Onboard new associates with laptops, desktops, thin clients, phones and training.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades and maintenance in MDF/IDF closets.
• Troubleshoot and document software installations and changes.
• Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines and train users.
