Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist I in Anderson, IN to be the first line of technical help for end users. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with network problems, and manage inventory of equipment.

This on-site role requires strong customer service and timely problem resolution. Responsibilities include deploying and configuring OS on desktops and laptops, provisioning Office 365 accounts, and working with external support to resolve

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience with the listed technologies.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot problems with software, hardware, user profiles, networking, tablets, phones, printers and working with external support.
Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops, laptops, and tablets.
Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks and time.
Experience with Windows 11 Pro in an enterprise environment, Microsoft Office 365 account provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintenance.
