Job summary

Kaseya is seeking an on-site IT Helpdesk Support Specialist in Red Bank, NJ. You will provide hands-on technical support to users, install and configure hardware/software, and troubleshoot issues across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 services, Intune device management, and user provisioning. You will document requests and collaborate with the IT Service Desk to uphold SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an end-user environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Comfortable handling daily account operations including new user setup and MFA/password resets.
• Troubleshooting IT hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
• Associate's degree or 2+ years IT experience as stated.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to users across Kaseya and partner with the IT Service Desk.
• Install and configure hardware and software for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware incidents and software issues across OSs and apps.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, MFA resets, and user provisioning.
• Record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system, and follow up for resolution.
• Collaborate with ISPs/telecoms and other engineers; onsite 5 days a week during business hours with after hours as needed.
