Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 1–2 years of end user support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office365, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with iOS devices, Conference System, MS Surface and HP laptops.
• Certifications (ITIL Foundation, A+, Network+) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for end-user customers via phone, email, or in-person, diagnosing and resolving problems, including hardware and software installation and testing.
• Maintains user manuals and internal documents to document processes and solutions.
• Performs server administration and monitoring tasks.
• Monitors desktop and network environments, including software installation and troubleshooting.
• Prioritizes requests and escalates when necessary; provides IT training and participates in IT projects.
