Raymond West is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle Level I and II technical support. The role emphasizes maintaining networked hardware and software, assisting end users, and ensuring secure, reliable systems.

You will work on-site at the Phoenix location, coordinate with teams, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with video

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update system information in logs and spreadsheets.
• Troubleshoot minor networking problems and maintain video conferencing gear.
• Work on-site at the primary location with some travel to other branches.
