Raymond West is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Phoenix team. This role covers Level I and II technical support, assisting users and maintaining networks and software.

The position is on-site at our primary location with on-call rotations for after-hours or weekends as needed to resolve urgent requests. A strong customer service mindset and the ability to learn quickly are essential.

• Troubleshoots minor networking problems and supports software loads.
