Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level I and II technical support on-site at our Phoenix location. You will set up and maintain hardware and software, manage user access, and respond to technical requests to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work after hours or weekends as needed to resolve urgent issues. Travel to other branches is possible.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains hardware and software.
• Establishes and maintains network users, environment, directories, and security.
• Responds to user questions about resources and software.
• Remains aware of changes in system software and hardware requirements.
• Monitors and maintains network, logs, and resource usage.
• Loads and updates software applications as required.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain video conferencing equipment.
• On-site work at primary location with occasional travel to other branches.
