Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The role handles Level I and II technical support, sets up hardware/software, and maintains network security and user access. On-site at the Phoenix location with occasional travel to other branches.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some after-hours support may be required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software usage

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains network and computer hardware and software.
• Establishes and maintains network users, environments, directories, and security.
• Responds to user questions about access to resources and software operations.
• Monitors and updates system information in logs and spreadsheets.
• Troubleshoots minor networking problems and updates software.
• Maintains inventory for branch locations and company.
• On-site work at primary location with some travel to other branches.
