Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle Level I and II technical support. The role focuses on desktop, networking, and conferencing systems at the Phoenix, AZ location, with on-site duties and some travel to other branches.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage user accounts, security, and software updates. On-call rotation may apply to provide after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or tech school.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.
• Willingness to work off-hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain network and computer hardware and software.
• Respond to the needs of network users and manage access.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain video conferencing equipment.
• Work on-site at primary location with occasional travel to other branches.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
