Job summary

iT1, a leading technology solution provider, seeks a Desktop Support Technician II for hands-on and remote IT support in a client environment. You'll support executive leadership, VIP users, conferences, and events while delivering a white-glove service and professional end-user assistance.

You will own incidents, troubleshoot Windows OS and business apps, and ensure devices, printers, and peripherals operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of desktop or end-user support.
• Experience with Windows-based environments and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers).
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional end-user support.
• Own incidents from start to finish and document actions.
• Provide white-glove executive and VIP user support.
• Set up and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, apps, network access, and permissions.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership.
• Document all work in the ITSM ticketing system.
