Onyx Advanced Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Boston, MA to join our team. The role offers a full-time position with a salary range of $35,000 to $49,224 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operation of systems. Collaboration with IT and other departments will be essential to address challenges and maintain security and performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux
Networking technologies and protocols familiarity
Cloud computing platforms familiarity
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator a plus

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to employees and clients, ensuring smooth IT systems operation.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
