Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of IT support experience
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with common IT support tools and processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and enforcing security policies
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems as needed
