Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Familiar with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Healthcare/HIPAA environment experience preferred.
• Experience handling password resets, permissions, and printer issues.
• Strong ticketing and incident documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 local and remote IT support for computer systems, software and hardware; investigate errors and resolve.
• Imaging, setup, and configuration of laptops and desktops.
• Maintain phone system including password resets and extensions; monitor queue logins and IP phone quality.
• Create and maintain computer images to ensure standardized configurations.
• Document incidents and requests according to ITIL standards; use ticket systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and site deployments and new sites/users.
